I only use approaches that have been tried and tested that can make a difference. I use approaches that come under the umbrella of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). CBT has a really good reputation for helping people make progress with anxiety, depression and issues related to these two common mental health conditions.

Soothing Space Therapy is run and managed by Abi Adam Abi is a qualified cognitive behaviour therapist and coach. Abi is trained to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches which include aspects of compassion-focused and acceptance and commitment therapies for both individuals and groups.
